Refund Policy
Refund: Lafontaine Boutique provides free shipping for all domestic/United States orders. Client must cover shipping costs for return products.
International customers must cover shipping costs, organize a return for a refund, store credit or exchange must cover return shipping costs.
LaFontaine will accept returns/exchanges on unworn merchandise received within 15 days of the receipt of your order shipment notification.
- Merchandise must show no signs of wear and with all original tags.
- Full priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund to Lafontaine Boutique for credit or exchange.
- Sale items can be returned for Lafontaine Boutique credit or exchange only. Items marked “ Final Sale” are final sale and cannot be returned.
- LaFontaine Boutique reserves the right to refused damaged merchandise or charge a repair fee on any items received back damaged.
- No Refunds on Final Sale Products
Domestic: Ship your return within 7 days of generating your prepaid label or you will be ineligible for a refund.
LaFontaine Boutique offers complimentary return shipping for domestic clients. Print and affix your pre-paid return label to your package and ship from any USPS location.
- Refund for eligible returned items will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving shipment.
- LaFontaine Boutique reserves the right to refuse your return or exchange should these terms not be met.
